John A. Macri, IV

John grew up in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. He is dual board-certified by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Board of Medicine. John earned his Physician Assistant degree from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, graduating with high honors. His career began at Geisinger, where he worked for three and a half years before joining the Mountain View Orthopedic team.

John has experience across various areas of healthcare in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including critical care, trauma, and pre- and post-operative management. He strives to provide the highest quality of healthcare by utilizing evidence-based practices, with a goal of making every patient feel important and heard.

John is engaged to his fiancée, Brianne, and together they enjoy spending time outdoors with their dog, Klaus, who loves swimming and hiking in the woods. In his free time, John is an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles.
